My Story
Welcome to Vine + Vessel
My name is Jordan! I’m a happily married women to my incredible husband, Hunter, + honored to be a mama to my daughters, Finnley, Charli + Stevie. Here’s how my journey with Vine + Vessel began:
I went from working as a full-time waitressing job to becoming a stay-at-home mom to Finnley in 2020. I quickly realized newborns sleep a lot— + my creative side needed somewhere to go. It all started with painting old vases + bringing them back to life, which soon grew into creating all kinds of modern home décor to sell.
During that time, I was reaching new depths in my relationship with God, which led me to my company’s name: Vine + Vessel (or simply put, Jesus + Me). I had many different creative ideas in that first year, one of which was to try my hand at making candles. When that vision came to life, it took off at full speed, leading me to solely focus on making + selling candles.
Candles are an essential piece to bringing a space together. These candles are also a reflection of my heart: that I would be a vessel, filled with God’s richness, on fire for Him + a light in others’ lives. My prayer is that what ever I create would benefit others + ultimately bring God glory— all while allowing me to do what I love: create beautiful pieces for any home.
